Why is it now trendy to demonise Scientists who are Sceptical of the work of other scientists?
Q. Sceptics in general refuse to accept a paranormal explanation when a physical explanation exists. Scientists are usually sceptical of the hypotheses of others where those hypotheses cannot explain at least most of the historical data and observations. Even when one does, it only becomes a theory and is still subject to critical scrutiny. When scientists are demonised and labled as sceptics for simply pointing out potential anomolies in the anthropogenic greenhouse effect should we become suspicious of the motives of the original authors? Dana claims that ALL scientists who question aspects of AGW are in the pay of BIG OIL. big coal is a more likely suspect. That is like saying that the IPCC is in the pay of NGO's and leftist Governments.… [cont.]

A. Scientists aren't "demonised and labled as sceptics for simply pointing out potential anomolies in the anthropogenic greenhouse effect". Scientists are demonized for being funded by the oil industry and then making false claims about global warming. Nobody is demonized for doing good scientific research. The thing is - virtually all good scientific research points to humans as the primary cause of the current global warming. If you disagree, then provide some peer-reviewed scientific papers that conclude otherwise.
