About how long will it take for my african greys flight feathers to grow in?
Q. My newly adopted one year old african grey has a extremely short clip on her wings, she falls like a rock. When will her flight feathers grow back so she will have some control over herself? Once her feathers grow in I plan on keeping them clipped only so she can not get a full flight, but still have some control. She just got stitches in her chest from falling, how can I tell when she starts to molt?

A. Yes she will have full control once she has practiced flying a little. but it depends they will grown back when she next molts :)
